Cyclon Supports the 2024 WRC3 World Champion Diego Dominguez at the 2025 Acropolis Rally

Jun 19, 2025

Cyclon is gearing up for this year’s Acropolis Rally, proudly supporting the 2024 WRC3 World Champion, Diego Dominguez, who will be driving the Ford Fiesta Rally3 with car number 71.

The top motorsport event of the year is approaching, and Cyclon, connected to the Acropolis Rally since the 1980s, when the legendary duo “Jigger” and Kostas Stefanis starred by finishing in the top ten overall and leading the Greek crews for five consecutive years (1988–1992) — will be there once again.

The Greek round of the WRC, this year the 7th round of the championship taking place from June 26 to 29, has become legendary in the World Rally Championship as a huge challenge for both drivers and vehicles.

The demanding special stages and high temperatures require reliability, endurance, and performance. Cyclon lubricants meet every challenge with top-quality products, supporting the rising and already established 25-year-old driver Diego Dominguez in his pursuit of excellence.

The talented Paraguayan will compete for the second consecutive time with Cyclon’s support, following their successful joint debut at the recent Rally Italia Sardegna, where he finished 10th in WRC2 driving a Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, alongside Spanish co-driver Rogelio Penate.

At the Acropolis Rally, the Dominguez-Penate team returns behind the wheel of the Ford Fiesta Rally3 from M-Sport Poland, with which they claimed the WRC3 World Championship title, a dedicated category within the WRC for cars of this class. Additionally, Dominguez is also competing in the Junior WRC, for drivers up to 29 years old.

The countdown to the adrenaline-packed Acropolis Rally has begun.
